Brawley, CA – June 8th A music event showcasing, local talent called 760 RAP FEST, a vibrant celebration of local music, took center stage at Spot 805 on Main Street. Presented by 4thaholyclos3t in collaboration with The Dream Center, the event drew a lively crowd of 80 to 90 people eager to support the region’s burgeoning rap scene.

Doors opened at 6:30 PM, and the venue quickly filled with excitement. By 7 PM, the stage was set for an evening of dynamic performances. A diverse lineup of artists, including ITZYABOIIJAIME, HABIT, BIG CAPO, G.E.M., JOHNNY G, CBG X AB AGONY, REGAL, and ANT JAHEIM, showcased the rich tapestry of talent in the Imperial Valley. The festival, sponsored by local businesses like Por Vida Clothing IV, Steppers Kicks, RichBumsOfficial, and 760 News Media, created a platform for artists to connect with the community.

ITZYABOIIJAIME, also known as Jaime and the event's host, expressed his desire to inspire and unite the community through music. “I just wanna inspire someone else who is trying to do music,” Jaime said. “Even though you don’t have anybody mentoring you and don’t have nobody right there, you can figure it out.”

For Jaime, the festival was about more than just music; it was a chance to give local artists a spotlight. “When I think about every possible opportunity we don’t have in the Valley, that’s what motivates me to make these types of moves. I wanted to throw this event to give the artists an opportunity to show the Valley who they are as artists,” he shared.

The turnout exceeded expectations, with 80 to 90 people filling Spot 805 to experience the raw, live performances of artists who usually connect with fans via social media. Jaime drew inspiration from Tavi Bañaga of The Dream Center, whose commitment to community events has left a lasting impression. Jaime aims to host another show before the year ends, with plans to refine and enhance future events based on this festival's success.
