Brawley Launches Public Safety Survey in Partnership with SDSU RA² Center
BRAWLEY, CA - Brawley Mayor Gil Rebollar has announced a new community survey in collaboration with the Brawley Police Department and the San Diego State University (SDSU) Imperial Valley Regional Resilience Center (RA²R-squared) The survey aims to gather public input on crime, safety concerns, and policing practices, allowing residents to share their thoughts anonymously and confidentially.
”This collaboration with SDSU R² Center demonstrates our city’s commitment to transparency and community engagement,”said Mayor Rebollar. “We want to hear from our residents on the issues that matter most regarding public safety. Community input is essential for us to make informed decisions and foster a safer, stronger city.”
The survey covers a range of topics, including safety concerns, policing programs, experiences with procedural justice, and the growing issue of fentanyl. Participation is limited to Brawley residents aged 18 and older.
