Avenue 37E and E. County 4th Street. The incident involved an agriculture labor bus, carrying 34 passengers, which had been traveling on a field road.

Preliminary findings from the investigation indicate that, for reasons yet unknown, the bus driver lost control of the vehicle, resulting in it sliding into an embankment and ultimately overturning, coming to a rest on its side.
